Court Appointed Special Advocates

	Dr. Libby Street - President Psychology Professor, Central Washington University Dr. Street has lived in the valley for more than 30 years. She enjoys, cooking, walking, reading, music, and spending time with family. CASA Board Member since 2007

	Mike McCloskey - Vice-President Public School Teacher, Visitor Information Specialist Mike has lived in the valley and worked for the Ellensburg School District since 1984. He enjoys volunteerism, travel, stained glass, classic TV, dancing, and gardening. CASA Board Member since 2004

	Bea Fairburn - Secretary Retired Public School Teacher Bea has lived in the valley for more than 37 years. Now retired from teaching in the Kittitas School District, she enjoys walking, gardening, sewing, reading, and family. CASA Board Member since 2008

	Karen Eslinger - Treasurer Retired Public School Kindergarten Teacher Karen has 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. A farm wife, Karen enjoys leading sing-a-longs for senior citizens. CASA Board Member since 1990

	Carrie Anderson - GAL Liaison Guardian ad Litem Carrie has lived in Ellensburg since 1990. She enjoys running, biking, water and snow skiing, riding horses, and spending time with family. CASA Board Member since 2007

	Vickie Barela Registered Nurse, Buffalo Rancher Vickie and her husband raise buffalo on their ranch in the Badger Pocket area in addition to nursing at KVCH. She and her husband are also active as Chamber Cowboys. CASA Board Member since 2007

	Michelle Cyrus Assistant Director for Non Traditional Students, CWU Michelle served as a Court Advocate before joining the board. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, and gardening. CASA Board Member since 2008

	Mike Luvera Captain, Central Washington University, Department of Public Safety and Police Services. Mike has been in law enforcement for over 20 years. He and his wife have two school-age children. He enjoys spending time with his family camping, boating, and in other outdoor activities. Casa Board Member since 2010

	Kay Miles Apartment Owner/Manager, Volunteer Kay has lived in the valley since the late 1970s. She enjoys sewing, crafts, and Macintosh Computers. She lives with her husband and their four cats. CASA Board Member since 1989

	Dr. Joanne Cortese Professor emeritus, Montana Tech Joanne and her husband Jim moved to Ellensburg in April 2011, primarily to be nearer to family and to work on the family farm . Joanne is a professor emeritus from Montana Tech of the University of Montana in Butte. She enjoys time with her best friend Jim and loves the miracles of each day. CASA Board Member since 2011
